Refund Policy

Returns & Damages – Tian Art Gallery

All purchases made through Tian Art Gallery are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of fine art and limited-edition works, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a piece has been purchased.

To ensure a smooth experience, we require all artworks to be unboxed and inspected within 24 hours of delivery.

If your piece arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours by sending an email to our team. Please include clear photos of the damage and the packaging to support your claim.

Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any damage reported after this 24-hour window.

Our team will work with you to assess the issue and determine the most appropriate solution, including insurance claims or replacements where applicable.
